This work follows technology’s gaze across time, to a future of interconnected, multiplying machines. Black and white images express the rusted out, calcified aspect of the machines’ crusts, which are detailed but static. Inside, the machines are alive: connected, plugged in, and pulsing with color under central control. Digital clusters grow, replicate, and differentiate into mechanical organs for reproduction and expansion.
